Last-minute requests may occasionally be accepted depending on availability and may incur a rush fee.
How do I place an order?
You are welcome to contact Cake Atelier Copenhagen via email, phone, social media, or the website for initial inquiries.

Once your form is submitted:
- Availability will be confirmed
- You will receive an order confirmation via email
- Payment details will be provided
⚠️ Orders are only confirmed once email confirmation has been sent and payment has been completed.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is only confirmed once availability has been approved and full payment has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made via:
- MobilePay (payment link provided)
- Bank transfer
Full payment is required upfront to secure your order.
For larger events or custom projects, payment terms may be arranged individually.
Can I make changes to my order?
Each cake is made to order. Changes to flavour, size, or design must be requested at least 7 days before collection and are subject to availability.
Last-minute changes may not be possible once production has started.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our cakes, cancellations are handled as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the collection date may be partially refunded, minus any costs already incurred (such as consultation, ingredients, preparation, or design work)
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before collection are non-refundable
Cake Atelier Copenhagen reserves the right to assess incurred costs on a case-by-case basis.
Can you refuse an order?
Cake Atelier Copenhagen reserves the right to decline any order based on availability, feasibility, or misalignment with the brand’s style.
Cakes & Design
What type of cake finishes and decorations do you offer?
Cake Atelier Copenhagen specialises in buttercream-based cakes using Swiss meringue, Italian, or French buttercream, as well as chocolate ganache.
Fondant, sugar paste, or similar coverings are not part of the standard offering, but may be considered for specific projects upon request.
Do you make themed or children’s cakes?
Cake Atelier Copenhagen focuses on an artistic, abstract, atelier-style approach to cake design.
Highly themed or character-based cakes are not part of the standard offering.
However, selected themes may be accommodated using non-edible toppers or simplified design elements, depending on the request.
Can you recreate a cake from a reference photo?
Inspiration images are welcome, however exact replicas are not guaranteed.
Each cake is handcrafted in Cake Atelier’s signature style, and slight variations in colour, texture, and decoration are part of the final result.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Some dietary requests can be accommodated where possible.
However, all cakes are prepared in a home kitchen where gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, sesame, and other allergens are handled.
A completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
A detailed allergen list and ingredient information is available upon request.
